Homeland Security and Community Preparedness Certificate (Phasing out)
As part of the criminal justice program, this certificate requires you to take 20 credits of CJ courses that focus on homeland security and community collaboration. The program allows you to prepare for work in a homeland security-related job or a job that helps members of the community prepare for a major natural disaster. This certificate looks great on a resume if you want to work for the TSA, federal government or non-profit organization.
