Summer Tuition Calculator 2023

Thank you for your interest in WOU. This estimator is provided to help you calculate the minimum fees that will be assessed per term. Please note that additional fees may apply depending on the course of study that you chose to pursue and the specific courses for which you enroll. IMPORTANT: If you are a current WOU student, access your WOU Portal online approximately 2 – 3 weeks prior to the beginning of the term for a precise tuition and fee assessment based upon your specific academic program, student level, course level and actual course and credit enrollment. This tool provides an estimate for both traditional “face-to-face” and online credits. 

PLEASE NOTE: Accounting and Business Services (ABS) does not send bills to parents/guardians or communicate with parents/guardians directly. Students are responsible for their WOU charges, and any financial information must be passed from student to parent/guardian. ABS employees may talk with parents/guardians only after the student has completed a Release of Confidential Information (FERPA) form each academic year. The FERPA form can be found in the Business Services Channel in the student’s WOU Portal. Even after the form is signed, ABS does not initiate contact with parents/guardians.

Note: First term new and transfer students will pay a one-time Matriculation Fee of $365.00 for undergraduate student or $315.00 for a graduate student.
