Financial Irregularities
Financial Concerns/Irregularities
All of us share responsibility for ensuring that the university conducts its financial transactions in ways that are ethical, honest, and reflect sound fiduciary practices. Western Oregon University (WOU) takes this obligation seriously, our policy encourages employees to report any suspected financial misconduct to the appropriate university office, the Institutional Designated Administrator, Darin Silbernagel, Director of Business Services, or through the Financial Concerns hotline.
Should Financial Irregularities come to your attention, the WOU policy and recommended procedures can be accessed by clicking this link (PDF format)

The VP for Finance and Administration, Director of Business Services and WOU legal Counsel administer the hotline system and will follow up on reports.
