Campus Garden

Campus Garden Logo

[fruitful_sep]

The WOU Campus Garden is a student-initiated project to promote local food production through sustainable, organic growing methods. The garden was started in 2010-2011 by Karisa Mueller and a group of dedicated volunteers and occupied 500 square feet where the new College of Education building now stands. In the spring of 2015, the garden was relocated to raised beds in the fenced area behind the old COE, near the “Mods”. The new location is more accessible for a wider group of volunteers and more centrally located for class projects.
