Do you need an appointment? Have a question about services? We encourage you to contact us today.

SUMMER 2024/2025 INFORMATION:

Effective June 17, 2024 – August 31, 2024, we will be open Monday through Thursday, 9-12pm and 1-5pm. Closed on Fridays.

SHCC will have limited counseling and medical services during the summer. All services will be available Monday through Thursday. 

Eligibility for summer services:

  • Enrolled in 1+ credits during the summer term OR
  • If not enrolled in summer school, student must have completed spring term AND currently enrolled for fall term AND pay the health fee

The Student Health and Counseling Center is located on Monmouth Ave, the main road through campus. It is across the street from the Woodcock Education Building and next to the Winter’s Math and Nursing Building.

Western Oregon University’s Land Acknowledgement
Western Oregon University in Monmouth, OR is located within the traditional homelands of the Luckiamute Band of Kalapuya. Following the Willamette Valley Treaty of 1855 (Kalapuya etc. Treaty), Kalapuya people were forcibly removed to reservations in Western Oregon. Today, living descendants of these people are a part of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde Community of Oregon and the Confederated Tribes of the Siletz Indians.
