Question: I have a time out error due to inactivity, but I’m still within 24 hours of when I started the test
Answer: To solve this issue, close your browser and re-log in to the WOU Portal and into ALEKS.
If this does not work, try clearing your browser cache and then re-log in.
If this does not work, try a different browser (e.g., Chrome instead of Explorer).
