Transfer-AP-CLEP Credits

If you have transfer credit (including AP-CLEP credits) for a prerequisite mathematics course, you may register for a mathematics course at WOU regardless of your ALEKS score.

Your academic adviser can help you determine if your transfer credit course has adequately prepared you for the course you wish to take. If the course you took was completed long ago, you may wish to consider taking the ALEKS assessment to determine your current readiness level and you may wish to consider using the ALEKS learning modules to brush up on your mathematics skills.

Western Oregon University in Monmouth, OR is located within the traditional homelands of the Luckiamute Band of Kalapuya. Following the Willamette Valley Treaty of 1855 (Kalapuya etc. Treaty), Kalapuya people were forcibly removed to reservations in Western Oregon.
