Sexual Misconduct Resources for students
Western Oregon University strives to provide a safe environment in which students can pursue their education free from the detrimental effects of sexual misconduct, which includes sexual harassment, sexual violence, sexual assault, intimate partner violence, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking. Therefore, WOU seeks to educate students, faculty, and staff about these issues and to provide a means of recourse for those students who believe they have been the recipients of unwanted sexual behavior. This site provides information on available resources, reporting options and other information related to sexual misconduct.
WOU reserves the right, in certain situations, to respond to a report of sexual misconduct in order to prevent further incidents of sexual misconduct and preserve the safety and well-being of all students, faculty and staff.
