Services
The Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs (VPSA) is charged with the responsibility of providing student support services, assistance, and referrals to all WOU students. If you have a question or concern about an aspect on-campus or virtual, and don’t know where to start, our office can assist you. Here are some of the services provided to students.
All Student Email

CARE Team/Student of Concern Form
The WOU CARE team is made up of a cross-section of professionals across campus who respond to reports of concern submitted by our community. If an issue arises that requires attention from the CARE team, please submit a Student of Concern form. It is the most immediate way to communicate with us. In the event you are faced with an emergency situation, please contact Campus Public Safety at 503-838-9000.
Medical Withdrawal
If a student needs to take a leave of absence from WOU during the term when experiencing a physical or mental health concern, our office reviews these applications. Please click here for more information.
Emergency Student Aid
If you are facing some financial hardships or emergency needs, contact our office to learn more about emergency student aid grants and loans.
Oregon Voter Registration
Provide information and resources for Oregon elections. Link to register to vote.
Reporting Forms
Assist campus with incident reporting including bias reporting, anonymous sexual assault/misconduct reporting, and student of concern reporting. Link to reporting forms.
Student Travel
Oversee student travel policy and procedure. Links to Student Travel Request Form and driver authorization forms (administered by Campus Public Safety).
Student Grievance & Complaint Support
Assist students with academic and non academic grievance processes.

Work Over 20 Hours
