Student requests to work on campus more than a total of 20 hours per week during the academic year must be approved by the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs on a term-by-term basis.  Submit requests to work on campus 21-27 hours per week using the form below. Approval or denial is primarily based on students academic standing, academic performance, or compliance with the Student Employment Policy.

*Important information for Summer 2024!
If you are currently registered for/taking courses over the summer (6+ credits), then you will need to complete this form to work between 21-27 hours. If you are NOT registered for 6+ credits over the summer and you wish you continue working, you do not need to complete this form, but will need to submit an Intent to Register form to HR. 

Students who are enrolled in 6+ credits over the summer can only work up to 27 hours. Students enrolled in 1-5 credits can work up to 40 hours.
