Submitting Forms to Human Resources

Please submit forms to Human Resources using one of the following methods:

Human Resources Form Submission (preferred) – Current employees may upload documents directly to HR via WOU Portal. Forms submitted using this method must (1) contain all necessary signatures, and (2) be submitted by the employee.

Physical form(s) – Mail or drop-off physical forms to our office during our office hours.

New Employee Paperwork

Welcome to WOU! Please complete and submit the New Hire Packet and the applicable Payment Plan to Human Resources within three days of your first day of work. Please also review the Important Employment Documents for information regarding insurance, FMLA/OFLA, Online Employment Tools, PERS, Campus Parking and more.
