The IFC allocation funds accommodation needs for all IFC funded areas to ensure areas are accessible to people with disabilities.
ASWOU
FY25 Allocation: $251,678.00
The IFC allocation funds student employment, student clubs and organizations, training, Presence software, OSA membership, art supplies for clubs & orgs. lounge, utilities, travel, Tinkle Times, conference fees, advertising, guest speakers and events, classified staff and copying expenses.
Athletics
FY25 Allocation: $925,048.00
The IFC allocation funds travel to games, meets and matches, lodging, athletic training supplies, equipment, uniforms, student employment, officials, pre-season housing and meals, GNAC/NCAA dues, office supplies, cheer coach stipend, medical insurance, physician expenses and administrative support.
Campus Recreation
FY25 Allocation: $1,078,133.00
The IFC allocation funds student employment, club sports, HWC, Aquatic Center, intramurals, climbing wall, turf field, training, equipment, supplies, software, repairs and maintenance, unclassified staff salaries, travel, utilities, custodial services, and summer camps.
Child Care (CDC)
FY25 Allocation: $39,540.00
The IFC allocation funds the childcare tuition subsidy for WOU students.
Computer Replacement
FY25 Allocation: $11,560
The IFC allocation funds the replacement of computers in the IFC funded areas that are deemed inoperatable.
Creative Arts
FY25 Allocation: $291,523.00
The IFC allocation funds student employment, masterclasses, guest artists, free tickets for students, sheet music, tours, competitions, sound equipment, costumes, sets, lighting, instruments and art exhibits.
Extraordinary Travel
FY25 Allocation: $5,000.00
The IFC allocation funds travel where Western Oregon University is represented or its students derive benefits. These funds may be used to cover the cost of lodging, meals, transportaion and registration fees.
Student Engagement Operations

The IFC allocation funds 45 student employee wages, 5 unclassified employees wages, 3 classified employee wages, maintenance and operations of the WUC, scheduling services, supplies, fraternity & sorority life, administration of Presence software, and diversity programs.
