Taking care of your mental health
Taking steps to build and maintain your mental health pays off – it can boost your mood, build resilience, and add to your overall enjoyment of life.
Dealing with suicidal thoughts
Feeling suicidal is not a character defect, and it doesn't mean that you are crazy or weak. It only means that you have more pain than you can cope with right now. With time and support, healing, hope, and help can happen.
Helping someone you’re concerned about
A suicidal person may not ask for help, but that doesn't mean that help isn't wanted. Talking openly about suicidal thoughts and feelings can save a life.
